Stripe (Payment processing)
- Your payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects and processes your payment details in accordance with their own Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com/privacy
- Stripe is PCI DSS compliant. We do not store or access your full card details
Resend (Email delivery)
- We use Resend to deliver your conversation guide to your email address
- Resend processes your email address as a data processor on our behalf, solely for the purpose of sending your guide

Anthropic (AI guide generation)
- Your form responses are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your personalised conversation guide. Anthropic processes this data as a service provider

Airtable (Data storage)
- Your form responses, email address, and marketing consent are stored in Airtable, a cloud-based database platform
- Airtable is used to securely store your submitted information and your record of consent
- Important: by default, Airtable stores data on servers located in the United States. By using this Service, you consent to your personal information being stored in the United States
- Airtable is ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and SOC 2 Type II certified and encrypts all data at rest and in transit
- Airtable's privacy practices are governed by their Privacy Policy, available at airtable.com/privacy
Vercel (Website hosting)
- Our website is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. Vercel may process basic usage and technical data as part of hosting the Service
All third-party providers are required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify. You acknowledge that some of your personal information (specifically data stored in Airtable) is transferred to and stored in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure all overseas recipients handle your information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles. Please note that once data is transferred overseas, the overseas recipient may be subject to foreign laws and may not be required to protect your information in the same way as Australian law requires.
5. How We Store and Protect Your Information
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
Specifically:
- Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers
- Your form responses are used to generate your guide and are not retained as a permanent record after guide generation
- Email addresses are stored only as necessary to deliver the Service
While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from our website.

- Email addresses and form responses are stored in Airtable and retained for as long as you remain a user of the Service, or until you request deletion
- Marketing consent records are retained as long as necessary to demonstrate compliance with consent obligations
- Payment transaction records may be retained as required by law (typically 7 years for financial records)
- Anonymised usage analytics may be retained indefinitely as they cannot identify you
